Abigail and Halil didn’t build Colibrí to sell tours. They built it because they kept watching travelers settle for less — overcrowded excursions, generic itineraries, experiences designed for the masses.
They knew there was another Riviera Maya. The one locals know. The cenotes without crowds. The chefs who cook for six. The captains who know where the turtles are.
